I just wanted to let you know my new Chopra India hand-carved budrose chess set and board arrived, and it is beautiful.
It is exactly as represented, in excellent condition, and even impressed my aesthetically pleasing and beautiful bride, who
exclaimed: "P* the chess set is really gorgeous". These words are rare from her, as the former owner of an art gallery and
high end gift shop. It is now sitting on a beautiful table in our "sitting room"; I hope to move it to the "Library" where it
will be proudly continuously exhibited. I want you to know it is a pleasure to do business with you. I am extremely pleased
and proud to own your product. Incidentally, I was also pleased with the excellent communication you personally made with
me in response to my questions particularly addressing my shipping concerns with regard to "The Ultimate" set which I sent
to my brother L*, in British Columbia. I can't wait to receive the call from L*, which I know will parrot my praise and
appreciation, for dealing with a reputable internet seller and fine business woman.

I have just received my chess set and case this morning...it has far exceeded my expectations..!!!..it is beyond what
I expected..it is simply beautiful..!!!!..several of my friends have come over to see it and they were all amazed..one friend
had what I perceived as tears in his eyes and when I asked him to tell me what was wrong, he told me that he just spent over
$800.00 (US) for a set and mine felt and looked so much better than his..I was amazed to watch him feel the pieces one by one as
he was so amazed...I told him long ago about you and now he wishes he had listened to me...I am having a brass plaque made for this
case as it will be one of my family heirlooms to be handed down...I can not thank you enough....this set is marvelous....a lifetime
