What if I lose one or two pieces from the chess board game?
Answer
Hey - we aren't penny pinchers! As a valued customer (however much you spent!) we'll take care of it.
It may have to wait until our next supplier order, but we'll do our very best do match the piece and
provide a replacement. If the dog chewed a rookie thinking it was a cookie - tell us about it - we
want you to be happy with us - and we'll even go the extra mile where we can.
