We always deliver your chess sets to you as quickly as possible using a recognized courier (FedEx, UPS or USPS). Our shipping is free within the contiguous United States. We ship within 48 hours of an order clearing payment and your chess set should reach you within a week. When it arrives you will see that it has been well packed and in excellent condition.

Remember, delivery problems are not your problems – they’re ours. If there is anything wrong, let us know immediately! We’ll deal with the headache of parcels damaged in transit because we want to make it as easy as possible for you to buy your chess sets from us.

Not in Stock?

Items are notified as out of stock during the checkout process. So if you see Chess Sets you want but they are not in stock, don’t despair, call us! You can order things not in stock by calling the office (see Contact ChessBaron). Items are normally restocked within 4 weeks so we can hold on to one for you as soon as it arrives.
